To execute the EzTrack program, you just need a Mozilla Firefox Web Browser to access the website and access the following website https://tracking.navsatcr.com/login.php

Entering the EzTrack System
The system can be entered with a username and a password that the system will automatically give you. You must enter this information in the website.
You can enter the system whenever you want to and for the amount of time you want regardless of what time it is, provided that you have internet connection.
Yes, you can enter the system from any computer provided that you have internet connection.
If you want a fast and efficient operation, it is advisable to have broadband internet connection with 1 Mbps speed.
In this case, you must click on “Did you forget your password?” and a new window will be displayed. Enter the information requested and the system will automatically give you a new password that will be directly sent to you e-mail account. Then, follow the instructions below

To reload a webpage, press Ctrl + F5 and wait for the website to be loaded again.
Map System: Routes
In the first zoom layers, the system groups personal points of interest. As the layers increase, more groups are going to be created until getting to the last groups, which can be displayed individually.
To regenerate a driving route, in the Time frame Window, please specify the time intervals you want to regenerate. These time intervals cannot cover more than one day and the maximum selected vehicles is 5. The Information Window has pre-established the most frequent settings:
- Today - Yesterday - 1 hour ago

In any of the cases above, once the time intervals have been set, press the Track button in the Time Frame Window.
When you use the "Track" option, you can view the route and within the route there are circles with different colors representing the stop points. These stop points are divided in four types depending on the time range. They are described below:

To obtain more information about each of the stop points you can click on them.
To find out the meaning of each vehicle color, click on the "help" menu and the nomenclature used for vehicle colors, routes and stop points will be displayed.
In the map, vehicles are represented through pictures. The color of each picture represents the current vehicle status as shown below:

Vehicles with less than 2 hours without signal are represented by a red car.

The color of speeds below 60 km/h varies in order to depict each vehicle route.
Yes, the system has an interface to export files to Google Earth to reproduce the routes taken. For this reason, installing Google Earth on your computer is recommended. As Mozilla Firefox, Google Earth is free software that you can download from the internet.

Map System: Geofences and Personal Points of Interest
A geofence is a geographical area defined by the System Administrator around which a virtual fence is created. The system can be set to send an alarm every time a geofence has been entered o exited and to send a notification via SMS to a predetermined cell phone or e-mail.
Geofences are used to monitor vehicle location and movement in specific geographical areas.
Geofences can be round, rectangular or polygonal.
To create a geofence click in the GEOFENCE window and choose the type you want. Then, enlarge the geofence over the desired area.
The meaning of each geofence color is detailed below:

Once a geofence has been created, on the VEHICLE window, press the vehicle's name and drag it to the geofence to link them.
A geofence’s name and description can be changed; however, a geofence’s shape cannot be modified. In order to change a geofence’s shape, it is necessary to delete it and create a new geofence with the shape desired.
To delete a geofence, click the icon next to the geofence’s name.
A personal POI marker helps you create and group points of interest such as house location, supermarkets, shopping centers, etc.
Click this icon; a personal point of interest box will display immediately. Select the “+” icon and then move to the map and find the exact location of the POI and click on it.
To display all your personal POIs click the first icon from the points of interest drop-down menu.
To delete a personal point of interest, click the icon next to the POI and press “OK” when the system asks you if you want to delete that POI.
Map System: Reports
Click the report icon from the lower tool bar.
- Select the type of report you want to create
- Select the device you want the information from
- Choose the dates and time range you want to check
Press “create” and wait. A box with a "show report" message will display on your screen.
Three different types of reports can be created: a) Stop reports b) Speeding reports c) General reports per group of vehicles
It depends of the user's internet connection speed and the date ranges selected for the report. (For example: If a user requests a one-month stop report, the system will take more time to create the report than the time it will take to create a one-day report). However, it usually takes around 3 minutes.
You can create a report of any type with information collected up to six months ago. If by any change you need a file created more than 6 months ago, please contact customer service.
Reports are shown on a digital format. In addition, you can export them to a CSV format (compatible with Microsoft Excel).
