This website has been set by its owner (NAVSAT) as a way to promote their products and to offer, in principle, public content; thereby, navigating, accessing, or in any way activating or using any part of the website or its respective links implies the user´s knowledge and consent of the terms and conditions hereby stipulated, under the presumption that the user has read and understood the moral and legal implications, as well as those implications related to electronic communication of the website.

USER´S AGREEMENT

Includes elements, content, messages, formats, products, and/or services that are illegal, violent, pornographic or denigrating.

Contains viruses or any other feature that may damage other computers.

Infringes legal norms or regulations about secret of communications, intellectual property, honor right, and the right to personal and familiar intimacy.

Contains advertisement, promotes or offers services including chain mail, spam (unsolicited email), etc.

8. The website owner, its technical administrator, content administrator, and whoever provides the hostage service are freed of any responsibility derived from information provided by third parties.

9. Any contribution is subject to be used by the website owner granting the author (in case it is the user) the possibility that such content can be modified – either for academic or commercial purposes – according to the regulatory dispositions in terms of copyrights that apply to the website owner in the country where he is located and in the countries where the website host server resides.
